More Christmas Pictures

Such pretty Reindeer

The day after Christmas, we went to the Deer Woods for a couple of days for some fun, family, relaxing time. Thursday afternoon we went around to a few deer stands to put out corn.
My little hunter! Phoenix has been hunting with his Daddy since last year, when he was 3! I don't know any other little boy that could sit and be quiet like he does. He do NOT like Daddy to go hunting without him anymore!

Decorating leftover Christmas cookies in the Camper. Poppa bought this camper in 2006, the year that Tucker was born and Amanda and I both got married! This is the first year anyone has stayed in it!
We decorated cookies, ate lots of junk food, played board games, did puzzles and watched movies. It was a nice little nature day!
Enjoying the last day of  Christmas Vacation with a lunch at ALL ABOARD!

Santa Came

Veronika wanted a new room for Christmas! We had so much fun decorating it, Violet and Phoenix did a great job keeping it all a secret!

We were at Aunt Paula's house and she had a gift out for her UPS Delivery guy. The next day, V and P put these Generic M&M's and Chocolate Chip Cookie out...I'm sure our UPS guy loved them :) (They secretly disappeared when the kids were busy)

Christmas in Kindergarten

I am so thankful that I get to stay at home and be involved in Violet's school. I am a Co-Homeroom Mom for her class, and it is so much fun! EEE is blessed with some terrific Kindergarten teachers that encourage lots of parental involvement and have fun activities planned often!
In Art, the Kindergarten students made these ornaments. Amanda and Heather used them to decorate the gym for the Kindergarten Christmas Performance.
Kindergarten performed at the December PTA Meeting, unfortunately, Violet had Strep Throat and couldn't attend. The following week they performed for the other students during the morning, so Phoenix and I got to go watch Violet sing! These precious Reindeer Shirts are a EEE Kindergarten Tradition! Several Moms from each class come to volunteer and help each student make their shirt!
I'm so glad Violet and Evie have each other at school! They are best friends!
Violet's Christmas Party
The kids ate breakfast, then circled through 6 activity stations; Cookie Decorating, 'Pin' the Nose on Rudolph, Reindeer Food, Dot Paint Art, Picture Frame Craft, and Throw the 'Snowball' at the Snowman
Check out this Sassy girl! Her pose cracks me up! She poses just like her big Sissy does!

Fun with Phoenix

This year has been a really special time with Phoenix. For the first time in his life, he has me all to himself! He is so funny, and keeps me busy! And he LOVES for me to take his picture and send it to various family members.
He did a great job with his tree!
He got to decorate his room first! He was so proud of all of his Christmas decor!
With a few of his Nutcrackers
Posing at Target
This morning he wanted Cheetos for breakfast. Steve kept telling him "No."  Daddy left for work, I went to get dressed and I came back to this! And what's worse, I let him keep eating them...no wonder he's rotten!
This day he babysat Violet's babydoll! Such a good uncle. He insisted on her being Buckled up so she would be safe.
The boy LOVES Nutcrackers! We were out running some errands, and he found this Mickey Mouse Nutcracker! We texted Dodi and she said to get it for him as part of his Christmas present!
He then carried the MM Nutcracker around everywhere with us, he really wanted me to buy him another Nutcracker, but I told him 1 was enough for the day!

Oh Christmas Tree!

I absolutely LOVE decorating for Christmas! I start as soon as I can in November, and it usually takes me a couple of weeks to get everything up. I didn't get a good picture this year, but Steve does a terrific job with the outside. Next year I need to get more pictures of all my other decorations besides the trees!
Our Living Room Tree! I decorate this one all by myself and I had so much fun with it this year!
Our Traditional Tree! This has all of our special family ornaments.
Phoenix was super proud of his tree this year! He did so great, at first he was clumping all of his ornaments together (like all kids do), I explained to him that he needed to look for empty spots and he did a terrific job decorating! He made sure to have me put the fragile ornaments up high, so that Wy-wy or Gwen couldn't get them!
I LOVE the girls' tree! It's so girly, and bright and fun!
This was the Candy tree in the Playroom this year. My original intent was for this tree to be lots of bright ornaments similar to the Girls' tree, but I ended up with so many Red and White things, I decided to just do that.
