Spring Break

We had a fantastic Spring Break this year. Instead of taking a vacation, we had a "stay"cation. We pretty much lived like we were on vacation, did fun activities all day and ate out a lot!
On Saturday, we had a Yardsale and made around $600!
On Sunday, Phoenix went to Garvan Gardens with Dodi and Poppa.
On Monday, we went to Phoenix's Therapy, went to Target, the Zoo, and had a movie night with "Free Birds" at home.
On Tuesday, we went to Phoenix's Eye Dr. appt,  went to Target (again!), ate lunch at All Aboard, got the van washed, played at Rock Creek Church, had McDonald's for dinner and went and watch "Mr. Peabody and Sherman." After about 15 minutes at Rock Creek, someone got sick in the tubes, so we left and went to play at the Sonic Playground
On Wednesday, we went to my eye doctor appointment, went back to Rock Creek to play, took a nap, went to pick-up Veronika for the week, went to Chuck E' Cheese, and then went to Krispy Kreme for our free donut!
On Thursday, we ate El Chico with Daddy, cleaned Dodi's house, played in the Hot Tub, and had a Pizza/Movie/Sonic Ice Cream Night!
On Friday, we did some shopping, ate lunch at Purple Cow, came home for a nap, ate dinner at McAlisters, and went to see "The Lego Movie"
On Saturday, we went to Phoenix's Special Olympics Track Practice.
Then we went to Hot Springs to Garvan Woodland Gardens. After touring the gardens, we ate dinner at Olive Garden.

On Sunday, we were worn out from our fun week, so we rested!
On Monday, Phoenix and I were so sad that our girls were back in school, we had to go out for a Chick-Fil-A lunch before therapy!

March

We traveled to Longview, TX for a Business Meeting for Daddy. Our hotel had a pool and hot tub that the kids enjoyed!
They also enjoyed the Jacuzzi Tub in our room!
Violet went to a Birthday Party for her friend Mallory. They went and got their hair and nails done.

Then they had a Tea Party with the American Girl Dolls.

Phoenix and Daddy had a fun day at Bass Pro Shop.

He also got glasses!

After living in our house for 2 years, I finally decorated our room!

I wanted a "Rustic Peacock" theme, but didn't want to spend a lot of money! I made this lampshade for under $15!

February

We had several Snow/Ice Days this Winter! Thankfully, we had lots of crafts and activities to keep us busy!

Our Valentine's Day Dinner: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and Red Velvet Cake

Violet made this at school for Poppa

Violet decided to get bangs cut!

We spent a day at the zoo!
We had Zoo passes this year, so we spent a lot of time at the zoo!

January

Violet and I had a little lunch date one day
We celebrated Daddy's 36th Birthday!!! (Violet was cranky and didn't want to be in the picture)

We spent a Saturday at the Zoo.

Jackson had a birthday at the BMX Bike Track. (This may have been December) I was sick, so Steve took Violet and Phoenix.
